Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advisory services at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in person, understand their complete financial picture, and deliver end-to-end solutions with the support of a broader team. You’ll grow the local client base, connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem, and participate in community outreach while meeting on-site scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and adhere to company policies; uniforms.
• Willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
