Intuit’s TurboTax Local Service Experts provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax clients in local offices. You’ll handle personal and small business taxes, identify deductions, and guide clients through filing with clear language.

You’ll build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, act as the local face of TurboTax, and collaborate with marketing tools to drive year-round engagement while growing your own book of business.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal and state).
• Willingness to upskill into additional services and onsite work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax and coordinate with marketing resources to build brand awareness.
