Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax preparation and advisory work at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage clients in person and virtually, build a local client base, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will advise on personal and business taxes, deductions, and planning, while growing TurboTax’s presence in the community and enhancing client loyalty.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN to file taxes and professional credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• 3+ years of paid returns filing (30+ federal/state 1040s per season) with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Develop long-term relationships to create repeat business and trust.
• Deliver exceptional, professional customer experiences in person and via digital tools.
