Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and local market growth. You will partner with a team of specialists and manage end-to-end client experiences in person and virtually.

You’ll build lasting relationships, expand services into bookkeeping and payroll, and educate clients on Intuit solutions, ensuring a trusted path to prosperity within the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development; cross-training may be added.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and permit use of name/picture for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a full customer picture is understood.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professional, empathetic service.
