Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site, serving in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience while building relationships and guiding clients to the right

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and development; uniforms provided.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base and engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and local events to raise brand awareness.
