Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Production Worker / Technician to assemble, test, and inspect products, ensuring quality and safety standards. The role supports manufacturing by identifying defects and following established procedures under close supervision.

Shift is Swing; duties include calibrations, reporting non-conformities, operating precision measuring instruments, and using overhead cranes or forklifts. SNT-TC-1A Level II certification for MT/PT/UT/VT is required; overtime may be necessary to meet

Qualifications

• Meets certification requirements of a SNT-TC-1A Level II Technician for MT, PT, UT, VT.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety policies and ISO procedures.
• Perform calibrations, tests, and evaluations for acceptance decisions.
• Interpret results per applicable codes, standards, and specs.
• Report non-conformities to Production Supervisor or Lead Man.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts as required.
• Trains and guides Level I and Trainee staff.
• Maintain LEAN objectives within the department.
• Follow dress code and maintain professional appearance.
