Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical cert or associate degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or electromechanical assembly, preferably in aerospace, energy, or industrial environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

Aufgaben

• Assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical systems and subassemblies per specifications and work instructions.
• Perform precision fitting, alignment, and adjustments to ensure system functionality.
• Conduct functional tests and identify and resolve issues during assembly.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and document test results.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes.
