Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Power Systems / IPG to lead the successful execution of large-scale power generation projects from award to customer acceptance. You will guide multifunctional teams, manage executive relationships, and drive commercial outcomes to ensure safe, on-time, and profitable delivery.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering background, 5+ years in complex projects, and strong leadership and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years managing complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, or power projects.
• Proven track record delivering large capital projects meeting financial, schedule, and quality goals.
• Experience leading multifunctional and geographically dispersed teams; PMP/PMI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of large-scale power generation projects from award to acceptance.
• Manage executive customer relationships and project governance.
• Own project financial performance including revenue, margin, cash collection.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management across the portfolio.
• Coach and mentor project teams; cross-functional leadership.
