Air Products is seeking a Turbomachinery Aerodynamic Design Manager for the Rotoflow division in Bethlehem, PA. You will own aerodynamic design strategy, guide CFD-based analysis, and lead a small team of aero engineers across global projects.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, advanced flowpath optimization, and collaboration with multi-discipline teams to deliver high-efficiency turbomachinery solutions. Hybrid work with travel <10% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering. Ten+ years in turbomachinery aero design is required.
• Experience with aerodynamic design of flowpath components (impellers, vanes, compressors, turboexpanders).
• Proven ability to lead engineers, projects, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for aerodynamic design strategy and performance prediction.
• Lead and mentor a team of Aero Engineers to achieve technical excellence and delivery goals.
• Develop and evolve aerodynamic design methodologies, standards, and best practices.
