Job summary

Siemens Energy in Fort Payne, Alabama, is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for first shift (5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday). You will perform hands-on assembly of turbine generator components, read blueprints, and operate tools and machinery to build high-quality electrical components in a climate-controlled factory.

The role emphasises safety, quality, and teamwork as you collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets while maintaining a clean work area and following detailed work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong safety and quality mindset; ability to work independently or in a team.
