You will perform hands-on assembly, use varied tools, and ensure adherence to detailed drawings to produce high-quality parts in a climate-controlled environment.

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in the turbine generator component factory. This position is 4th Shift (Fri –Sun 5PM-5:30AM). Our factory in Fort Payne, Alabama has been producing high-quality electrical components for the world for the past 37 years. You can expect to work with teammates in a safe, comfortable, climate-controlled environment to manufacture parts for large generators. This role is perfect for individuals with strong hands‑on skills who take pride in their craftsmanship and are committed to producing top-quality products!
