Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing/assembly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.
