Job summary

Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division in Fort Payne, Alabama is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist for our turbine generator component factory. This is a 4th shift (Fri–Sun 5PM-5:30AM) position in a climate-controlled, safe work environment producing high‑quality electrical components for large generators.

You will perform hands‑on assembly, use hand tools and machinery, follow blueprints, conduct quality inspections, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate with teammates to meet production

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.
• Hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, especially in energy sector.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly and fabrication of turbine generator components.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
