Job summary

The Boring Company is hiring a Superintendent for Las Vegas tunneling projects. You will lead post-TBM station and tunnel buildout, directing electrical, life-safety, lighting, painting, paving, and related finishing work to deliver complete, operational infrastructure.

To qualify, you should have a High School Diploma, OSHA 10 or higher, 5 years of foreman or supervisory experience in construction, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• OSHA 10 or higher certification preferred.
• 5 years foreman or supervisory experience in tunneling or heavy civil construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-TBM station and tunnel buildout with finishing work.
• Manage field crews and subcontractors while maintaining schedules and safety.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to resolve constructability issues and progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality inspections on site.
• Oversee material staging and equipment utilization to maximize productivity.
