The Boring Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Development Associate to help drive new business opportunities and lead design for conceptual and finalized construction projects. You will work across design, regulatory, and client teams to keep initiatives on time and on budget.

The role requires 1–2 years of client-facing experience on complex projects and a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience interfacing with clients on construction or other complex projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in the field of engineering or relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative for the company regarding project status and design to external stakeholders.
• Work with design, construction, and regulatory teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Prepare external client briefings about project status and site details.
• Track and communicate project status with design, construction, and regulatory teams.
• Develop expert knowledge of the Loop system construction and operations.
• Develop processes to ensure timely communication with clients and partners.
