Job summary

The Boring Company is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive new business opportunities and help design for conceptual and finalized construction projects. This role requires leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including design, construction, and regulatory groups.

The candidate will represent the company to clients and external stakeholders, develop project status briefs, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience interfacing with clients on construction or other complex projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in the field of engineering or relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company regarding project status and design to external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design, construction, and regulatory teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Prepare external facing client briefings about project status and site specifics.
• Track and communicate project status with design, construction and regulatory teams.
• Develop expert knowledge of the construction and operations of the Loop system.
• Create processes to ensure timely communication with clients, partners and task completion.
