Ideal candidates bring extensive heavy civil construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience on heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading field operations with excavation, concrete, earthwork, utilities, and underground work.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field construction activities related to cross passages, access ramps, structural concrete, excavation, and underground support systems.
• Lead daily planning and execution of construction work while ensuring schedules and milestones are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to optimize productivity.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Conduct site inspections and document construction activities properly.
• Review and resolve RFIs and constructability issues with engineering and leadership.
• Support project reporting with updates on production, manpower, and performance.
