Tumwater School District is seeking a Substitute Custodian for the weekend shift at various locations. The position offers a rate of pay of $23.30 per hour and is a continuing, open-until-filled role with benefits information available to applicants.
Responsibilities include cleaning, janitorial tasks, and assisting with events as needed, under supervision of the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds. Must have custodial experience and preferred high school diploma, plus background clearance.

THIS POSITION IS OPEN UNTIL FILLED
Custodial or janitorial work experience. High school graduate, preferred. State/FBI background clearance required.
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds and the building administrator, schedule work crew to maintain buildings in a clean, warm, attractive and functional order; conducting minor maintenance tasks; operating and caring for all tools and equipment used in the care of facilities; establish and maintain effective relationships with school staff, students and community groups.
Basic hand tools, stepladders, vacuum cleaners, wet vacuums, buffers, pressure washers, carpet extractors, and auto scrubbers.
