Job summary

United Health Services, Inc. (UHS) is seeking a Registry Data professional to generate accurate and timely registry data within the Health Information Management Registry Unit.

You will collaborate with Cancer Program Management, Cancer Registrars, physicians, and administrative staff to provide complete data for Tumor, Birth Defect, Stroke, and Orthopedic Registries. The role supports the organization’s mission and requires CTR certification within 2 years of hire, with RHIT or RHIA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required: Associate's degree in healthcare related field.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree with RHIT or Bachelor's Degree with RHIA.
• Minimum Required: Successful completion of CTR Examination within 2 years of hire.
• Preferred: CTR; RHIT

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely registry data as part of the Registry Unit of Health Information Management.
• Work with Cancer Program Management, Cancer Registrars, Physicians, Physician offices, Administration, ancillary departments and accrediting agencies.
• Provide complete registry data and information for Tumor, Birth Defect, Stroke and Orthopedic Registries.
