Job summary

United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a Registry Data Specialist to generate accurate and timely registry entries for tumor, birth defects, stroke, and orthopedic registries within the Registry Unit of Health Information Management.

You will collaborate with Cancer Program Management, Cancer Registrars, physicians and staff to ensure complete data and prepare reports for accreditation. Day shift, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cancer registry data standards and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate and timely registry data for tumor, birth defects, stroke and orthopedic registries.
• Collaborate with Cancer Program Management, Cancer Registrars, physicians and staff to ensure complete data.
• Support accreditation activities with compliant data reporting and documentation
