Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations including food & beverage knowledge.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Recruit, train and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and address concerns.
• Monitor budget, expenses, and revenue; implement cost-control measures.
• Maintain highest standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships.
• Address issues during service promptly and professionally.
