Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. seeks an Associate Photographer in Tulsa, OK to capture high-quality real estate imagery, including 3-D virtual tours and floor plans, for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

You will cover a defined territory, work with clients, sales and dispatch teams, and help expand property coverage with accurate data. The role requires 2+ years in professional photography with real estate experience, a valid driver’s license, and a FAA Part 107 license for drone work.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Experience as a drone photographer with an FAA Part 107 license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office and Internet; familiarity with iOS devices.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 within defined territories.
• Photograph residential homes for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researchers and management to set priorities.
• Identify new inventory and properties to photograph while ensuring market coverage.
• Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
• Present a professional image of CoStar and participate in calls with sales and research teams.
