The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, and preferably have experience as a production assistant and with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and production support for the Tulsa External Operations team.
• Assist in the creation of production paperwork and project documentation.
• Transacting and dispositioning of project related jobs.
• Scanning and filing of completed production and project paperwork.

Skills

Experience with ERP systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
