Qualifikationen

• Strong skills interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
• Strong communication skills to communicate both orally and in writing, including spelling and grammar.

Aufgaben

• Manages the Tuition Exception request processing, logging and tracking all requests and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Responds to students, parents, faculty and staff to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
• Formally deny requests to students and make recommendations for approval to the director.
• Provide metrics on request processing and status of requests regularly.
• Coordinate annual updating of procedures to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Interact with customers and students daily to resolve complex issues.
• Work with Deans, Directors, College Leadership, and VP divisional staff as appropriate.
• Ensure adequate controls to safeguard financial integrity of all transactions.
• Serve as Hearing Officer or College representative for Debt Set-Off Disputes.
