Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a detail oriented billing specialist to manage tuition billing in Campus Nexus/Anthology. You will work hybrid, with onsite presence in Irvine, CA or Tempe, AZ, and collaborate with ERS and Registrars to resolve billing issues.

You will monitor daily billing transactions, ensure accuracy, and uphold ethical recordkeeping while delivering responsive support to campuses and students. Prior experience in tuition billing is preferred. Strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business office or accounting experience required.
• Preference for prior experience in tuition billing operations in higher education.
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology.

• Maintain ethical and accurate documentation meeting standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology

Collaborate withERS and Registrarsin identifyingtuition billing issuesand efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process.

Monitor and track daily student accountbillingtransactions.

Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications:

2+ yearsof businessofficeor accountingexperience required

Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in thetuition billingoperations for an institution of higher learning

Excellent customer service, oral and writtencommunication

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.

Efficiency in MS Office

Experience in Campus Nexus/Anthologypreferred

Ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities.

Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems.

Meet verification standards as determined by UNITEK.

Works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
