Job summary

Unitek EMT is seeking a tuition billing specialist to support accurate and timely invoicing in Campus Nexus/Anthology. This role collaborates with ERS and Registrars to resolve billing issues and ensure compliant recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in business office or accounting, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-focused mindset to serve campuses effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business office or accounting experience.
• Experience in tuition billing operations preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology.
• Collaborate with ERS and Registrars to identify billing issues and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and track daily student account billing transactions.
• Maintains ethical documentation and records meeting standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to campus inquiries.
• Support other duties as assigned.

*** This is a hybrid work opportunity that will require an onsite presence in either Irvine, CA or Tempe, AZ ***

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely billing of tuition in Campus Nexus/Anthology

Collaborate withERS and Registrarsin identifyingtuition billing issuesand efficiency in billing tuition and reconciliation process.

Monitor and track daily student accountbillingtransactions.

Ensures ethical and accurate documentation and recordkeeping which meets all company and regulatory agency standards.

Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries from the campuses.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications:

2+ yearsof businessofficeor accountingexperience required

Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working in thetuition billingoperations for an institution of higher learning

Excellent customer service, oral and writtencommunication

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.

Efficiency in MS Office

Experience in Campus Nexus/Anthologypreferred

Ability to meet deadlines and execute multiple priorities.

Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and office systems.

Meet verification standards as determined by UNITEK.

Works with a sense of urgency and responsiveness

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multi-task in dynamic and changing environment
