The role emphasizes coaching, process knowledge, and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement on the plant floor in Cartersville, GA.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or High School Diploma/GED and Leadership experience.
• Leadership experience within the most recent 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Management, Human Resources, and Team Members to drive improvements and results.
• Facilitate group and one-to-one discussions, coach and take corrective action when needed, and communicate goals and direction.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of carpet manufacturing processes and equipment.
