Job summary

Shaw Industries is hiring a Tufting Creeler Operator for a Sunday–Thursday night shift (11pm–7am) in Dalton, GA. Prior manufacturing experience is necessary.

The Creeler Operator will support tufting operations, creel machines, and related setup tasks to ensure smooth production of various carpet products for residential and commercial markets. The role includes breaks management, backing changes, knot processing, threading, and other shift duties.
