Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Department Manager to lead a high-performing tufting/warehouse manufacturing operation in Cartersville, GA. You will develop frontline leaders and drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance in a fast-paced production environment.

The candidate will coach a leadership team, establish clear goals, and champion Lean, TPM, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with HR on talent and succession planning.

Qualifications
