Job summary

Denova Collaborative Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Community Relationship Manager to drive growth by building relationships with local organizations and referral sources. The role prioritizes residency in Southern Arizona, with occasional travel to the Downtown Headquarters.

The position supports a hybrid work model and reports to leadership on engagement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a business-focused degree and at least 2 years in coaching, consulting, or financial analysis,

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required; established local Tucson connections preferred.
• College degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business coaching, consulting, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of business procedures including sales, marketing, and financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to use financial evaluation tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with public and private organizations, non-profits, and local communities.
• Develop and nurture connections with potential referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and hospitals.
• Research, identify, and analyze potential community engagement initiatives and develop strategies to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor the progress of initiatives and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure initiatives are properly represented and communicated across all channels.
• Represent Denova Collaborative Health at community events, both in-person and online.
• Conduct outreach and presentations to agencies, organizations, partners, and stakeholders, managing invitations and scheduling events.
• Update and maintain activity logs for referral sources and events in the CRM database.
• Other duties as identified or assigned.
