You will cultivate referral networks with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and social services, delivering workshops and presentations while promoting collaborative, non-medical care options. A proven track record in outreach and relationship management is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business, healthcare administration, social work, gerontology, or related field.
• 3+ years in relationship management or business development.
• Proven success in building referral networks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers and senior living communities.
• Maintain a partner network and educate on our peer-to-peer model.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to healthcare professionals and community orgs.
• Represent the organization at community events and thought leadership activities.
• Track partnerships and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Support marketing with partner-focused materials.
