Viva Benefits is seeking a Community Success Manager to engage residents across 200+ households in Tucson. This field-based, part-time contractor role focuses on door-to-door outreach, building relationships, and guiding residents to access Viva services that support stability and long-term mobility.

You will analyze progress toward community goals, prioritize outreach, and translate interactions into concrete outcomes for residents, including access to telehealth, tutoring, and financial tools.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Independent field worker with good time management.
• Ability to adapt to changing field conditions and priorities.
• Interest in social impact and equity in housing.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents through in-person outreach across apartment communities (door-to-door).
• Build relationships with residents to understand needs and barriers.
• Explain Viva services clearly and tailor approach to resident context.
• Track engagement and outcomes using internal tools and share insights with team.
