Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related field.
• Experience leading or supporting transactions through valuation, due diligence, closing, and integration.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, project management, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Own execution of tuck-in acquisitions from opportunity handoff through closing and onboarding.
• Develop transaction plans, timelines, deliverables; coordinate responsibilities.
• Create financial models, valuations, and deal structures reflecting economics.
• Lead due diligence with internal and external experts; raise material findings.
• Support negotiations of valuation, terms, and transition expectations.
• Coordinate closing requirements and onboarding plans with counsel and teams.
• Maintain records of active/inactive/completed transactions and report progress.
