Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple phases of the transaction lifecycle: sourcing, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, closing.
• Direct experience leading post-merger integration, governance, and synergies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transaction execution from origination to close.
• Oversee integration planning and value-creation initiatives post-close.
• Collaborate with executives, business units, and external advisers to deliver the investment thesis.
