Job summary

CTS Corporation seeks a Director of Corporate Development, Integration & Business Leadership to drive the company’s inorganic growth strategy from origination, through diligence, to post‑close integration and ongoing leadership of acquired businesses. The role partners with executives and external advisers to ensure value realization and governance across the lifecycle of transactions.

The position may assume direct leadership of acquired units post-close, with responsibility for strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, business, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transaction execution including assessment, valuation, structuring, due diligence, negotiation, approvals, signing, closing and transition to integration.
• Own advanced financial analyses (three-statement models, DCF, precedent transactions, comparables, accretion/dilution, synergy valuation).
• Spearhead multidisciplinary diligence across commercial, financial, operational, tax, legal, human capital, technology, cyber and compliance.
• Develop transaction structures and negotiation positions with leadership and advisers.
• Coordinate banks, accounting firms, lawyers, lenders, and advisers to maintain pace and confidentiality.
