hireneXus, a market-leading, PE-backed services platform, seeks a Manager, Corporate Development to support an aggressive acquisition strategy. You will work directly with the Chief Development Officer and senior leaders on underwriting, diligence, and execution across tuck-ins and strategic transactions.

Ideal candidates are analytically rigorous with 1–4 years of experience in finance, strong modeling skills, and a desire to grow within a sponsor-backed organization.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or similar analytical finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in M&A and building a long-term career within a sponsor-backed organization.

Responsabilités

• Support the full acquisition lifecycle from initial opportunity evaluation to close.
• Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and underwriting materials.
• Partner with Directors on large/complex transactions and coordinate diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials, deal overviews, and executive presentations.
• Manage LOIs, trackers, and coordination with external advisors.
• Maintain pipeline reporting, CRM data quality, and timely status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diligence and post-close activities.
