Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort seeks an energetic Tubing Manager to lead daily tubing operations and deliver a fun, welcoming experience for every guest who slides down our snow play area.

You will inspire and supervise a spirited team, partner with Mountain Operations and fellow departments to keep lifts, tubing lanes and equipment guest-ready, and set the tone for exceptional customer service and safety all season long.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience scheduling, motivating and supervising employees.
• 2+ years of customer and guest service experience.
• Experience supervising outdoor activities preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active safety management to keep every guest and team member safe.
• Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff members.
• Oversee day-to-day tubing operations, including opening and closing procedures, parking, tickets, Food & Beverage and Retail, security and patrol operations.
• Manage daily fence and sign implementation and maintenance.
• Review and oversee all daily logbooks.
