Job summary

Catamount-Ski-Resort-LL is hiring for a snow tubing park operations role. You will report to the snowtubing manager and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a fun, safe, and well-organized guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team is preferred but training is possible.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Experience outdoors and/or in customer-facing roles.
• Must be available during key holiday periods (Dec 19–Jan 3, Jan 16–18, Feb 13–21).

• Maintain and inspect tubing equipment, tow conveyors, mats and safety netting.
• Enforce safety standards and guest conduct policies.
• Monitor guest flow, capacity and wait times; respond to concerns and incidents.
• Use the ticketing platform to sell tickets, handle cash, and prepare employee check-out reports.
• Work in all roles at the park, including running the lift and managing the ticket window.

Job description

• Report directly to the snowtubing manager
• Manage day-to-day operations of the snow tubing park ensuring a fun, safe and well-organized guest experience
• Assist in scheduling, interviewing and training as needed
• Ensure all tubing equipment including tubes, tow conveyors, mats and safety netting is properly maintained and inspected
• Enforce safety standards and guest conduct policies
• Monitor and adjust guest flow, capacity, and wait times to optimize the tubing experience
• Respond promptly to guest and employee concerns, incidents and emergencies within the tubing park
• Utilize our ticketing platform to sell tickets, manage a cash drawer and do employee check-out reports
• Work in any and all roles at the snow tubing park, including running the lift, spacing guests at the bottom of the lift, sending guests down the hill, controlling traffic at the bottom of the hill and running the ticket window

Physical requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Preffered qualifications:

• Prior experience managing a team is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Driver's license and reliable mode of transportation
• Prior experience working outside and/or working in a customer-facing role
• Open availability during all holiday periods, which includes December 19th - January 3rd, January 16th -18th, and February 13th - 21st
