Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts at Bretton Woods is hiring for the November 2026 season. Associates receive a complimentary Bretton Woods ski pass, resort discounts, and 25% off food, beverages, retail, spa services, and rental activities.

Duties include guiding guests on equipment rentals, ensuring waivers are complete, supervising tubing and activity areas, processing payments, and maintaining site facilities. On-site housing and year-round options may be available after the winter season.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Must be attentive to detail and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Informing Guests of equipment rentals and scheduled activities
• Responsible for checking rental waivers are fully completed by the guest
• Responsible for supervision of tubing hill, fat bikes, fire pit areas
• Responsible for maintenance of tubing hill, fat bikes, fire pit areas
• Checking paperwork and entering information into RTP
• Sizing and issuing proper equipment to guests
• Handling money, making change, and posting room charges, cashing out and making cash drops
• Daily inspection and upkeep of Stone Pillar building and surrounding areas, tubing hill, fire pits and skating rink which could include snow removal

• Exterior of Stone Pillar building with exposure to weather conditions with long periods of walking and standing.
• Interior of Stone Pillar building to give registration support help to register guest and completion of rental wavers
