Job summary

Crosslake Minnesota is seeking tubing operation staff for Mount Ski Gull. Roles include operating the tubing ride, enforcing safety policies, and maintaining surrounding areas. Training will be provided, and you should be comfortable working outdoors on weekends and holidays.

Positions may be seasonal, part-time, or full-time, with shifts that fit a flexible schedule and the ability to handle varied weather conditions. Previous customer-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years in age or older
• Willing to commit to work a minimum of one shift per week
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all aspects of tubing operation.
• Carry out and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain designated areas (shoveling, raking, cones/signage).
• Assist guests with tubing magic carpet and guide as needed.
• Alert Ski Patrol and document accidents; report to management.
• Report equipment issues to Outdoor Supervisor and Management.
• Attend tubing operations training and employee training.
• Complete daily operations and maintenance timetable logs.
• Check guest tickets for each tubing ride.
• Work outside in varied elements and maintain scheduling flexibility.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Seasonal, Part-time OR full-time hours available.

Operate and monitor all aspects of tubing operation.

Carry out and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Maintain designated areas which may include: shoveling, raking, setting up cones/lift maize or signage.

Assist and instruct Mount Ski Gull guests when they are tubing magic carpet.

Alert Ski Patrol of any accidents that may occur. Document and report accidents to Management.

Report all equipment failures, complaints, or concerns to the Outdoor Supervisor and Management.

Attend a required tubing operations training by Mount Ski Gull and employee training.

Carry out and document all procedures for completing the daily operations and maintenance timetable logs provided by management.

Check the ticket of each guest every time they tube.

Required to work outside in a variety of elements.

Required to maintain flexibility in role and scheduling.

Available to work weekends and holidays.

All other duties as assigned.
