Job summary

Mount Ski Gull is seeking tubing operation staff for seasonal, part-time or full-time hours. You will operate and monitor tubing operations, ensure safety policies are followed, and maintain designated areas such as shoveling and signage. You will assist guests on the magic carpet and report incidents to Ski Patrol and management.

• Must be 14 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor all aspects of tubing operation.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain designated areas (shoveling, raking, setting up cones/ signage).
• Assist guests when they are tubing magic carpet.
• Report accidents to Ski Patrol and Management.
• Complete daily operations and maintenance timetable logs.
• Check the ticket of each guest before tubing.
• Work outside in a variety of elements.
• Attend tubing operations training and employee training.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Seasonal, Part-time OR full-time hours available.

Operate and monitor all aspects of tubing operation.

Carry out and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Maintain designated areas which may include: shoveling, raking, setting up cones/lift maize or signage.

Assist and instruct Mount Ski Gull guests when they are tubing magic carpet.

Alert Ski Patrol of any accidents that may occur. Document and report accidents to Management.

Report all equipment failures, complaints, or concerns to the Outdoor Supervisor and Management.

Attend a required tubing operations training by Mount Ski Gull and employee training.

Carry out and document all procedures for completing the daily operations and maintenance timetable logs provided by management.

Check the ticket of each guest every time they tube.

Required to work outside in a variety of elements.

Required to maintain flexibility in role and scheduling.

Available to work weekends and holidays.

All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Experience include, but not limited to:

Must be 14 years in age or older

Must be willing to commit to work a minimum of one shift per week (preferably more).
