Job summary

IEA Kenosha Plant seeks a Fabrication Lead for the 2nd shift to supervise the fabrication crew and drive production efficiency. You will plan, direct, and monitor work in the Fabrication and Tube Mill area, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while adhering to safety and ISO standards.

Responsibilities include leading the team, coordinating with engineering and planning, maintaining equipment, training staff, and managing labor and material costs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of fabrication experience, some as a lead/supervisor.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift operator certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First Responder Training completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time completion of the manufacturing schedule.
• Manage workload and propose staffing/hours to management.
• Report on KPIs for the fabrication tower.
• Coordinate with engineering on drawing/design issues and ECRs.
• Refine and capture material and labor requirements with Methods and Inventory.
• Train staff to maintain proficiency across fabrication tasks.
