Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing/production environment required.
• 3+ years direct leadership of a full team.
• Leadership training or classes will be considered.
• Experience leading across a multi-shift manufacturing setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fabrication production teams focusing on quality leadership to reach objectives.
• Organize resources and schedule personnel across shifts.
• Train and onboard new employees with process procedures.
• Monitor and report production output and metrics.
• Collaborate with inventory/quality/customer reps to ensure contracted requirements are met.
