Job summary

AllStaff is seeking a tube fabrication operator in Minerva, OH to set up and run tube fabrication machines and manufacture tube products. You will read prints, determine tooling and materials, and align machinery to drawing requirements.

The role requires lifting at least 50 pounds, standing 10 hours per shift, and prior manufacturing experience. OT may occur on Fridays with a shift differential on 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand shop travelers and prints.
• Ability to set up and run tube fabrication machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot in production and adjust for quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run tube fabrication machines to manufacture tube products.
• Read/understand prints and information provided in the shop traveler.
• Determine tooling, fixtures and materials required to run the job.
• Setup and align machine using hand tools and gauges to match drawing requirements.
• Troubleshoot machine during operation and make in-production adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Load/unload tube and sheet metal stock handlers.
• Run parts efficiently to print with urgency.
