Adecco Portugal is seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator II (FMO II) to operate tube mills and related fabrication equipment. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, interpreting prints, and performing set-ups with an emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of experience, basic fabrication knowledge, and strong teamwork skills. Shift: 2nd, Mon–Thu 1:30pm–12am; Fridays may be required. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience operating tube mills or similar fabrication equipment.
• Able to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Capable of intermediate fabrication calculations.
• Skilled with fabrication hand tools: scales, protractors, gauges.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Review orders and prints to determine job requirements.
• Verify information and identify discrepancies.
• Select materials, processes, and equipment for assigned work.
• Perform machine set-ups and authorized program changes.
• Prepare and clean surfaces for fabrication operations.
• Operate tube mills and other fabrication equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and product output.
• Perform in-process inspections and support final inspections.
• Maintain 6S and ISO compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
