Job summary

Consolidated Metals Inc. seeks a Tube Mill Utility on 2nd shift to support tube mill operations, ensuring safe and efficient production while maintaining a clean, organized work area. You will band material, operate a forklift, count output, print tags, band scrap, and assist with changeovers to minimize downtime.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork, the ability to follow instructions, and regular attendance. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Band material using a steel or plastic bander as it is transferred off the Mill.
• Operate a forklift.
• Accurately count and verify numbers of product produced.
• Print tags for material produced off the mill.
• Band scrap material for ease of transportation.
• Assist on changeovers for minimal downtime between production runs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area for weekly inspections.
