Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to set up and operate tube bending machinery in a West Chester, OH manufacturing facility. You will interpret technical drawings, prepare materials, monitor production, and ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards on a first shift.

The role requires hands-on CNC operation, machine setup, and precise measurement using calipers and micrometers. You will work with colleagues to maintain smooth production, uphold safety, and document outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating tube bending machines or similar CNC/machining equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings precisely.
• Hands-on CNC setup and machine operation in a production environment.
• Familiarity with lathe/mill operations or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure bend accuracy and product quality.
• Solid safety awareness and adherence to procedures.
• Basic math skills for angles, lengths, and material specs.
• Good problem-solving to troubleshoot machine or material issues.
• Physical stamina to stand long periods and handle materials.
