Job summary

Surface Experts - Colorado Springs is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair and restore surfaces for tenants and property managers in a fast-paced setting. You will diagnose issues, use our 5-step repair process, and leverage a prepared tool-kit to deliver quality results.

In this role, you’ll receive a base pay with performance bonuses, paid holidays, and structured training leading to a direct four-week track to Repair Technician.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors and match color.

We Offer:

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Quarterly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following 90 day paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months
• All tools and supplies provided

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
