Surface Experts is a surface repair service provider in the United States. We repair minor damage to surfaces like floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets, appliances, and more.

The Surface Experts Technician role focuses on hands-on repairs, using creativity to solve problems that typically take less than an hour. This position offers a competitive hourly wage with a clear path from training to advanced repair work, and benefits including paid time off and holidays, with no weekends or late

Qualifications

• Experience using hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or similar activities.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors accurately.

We Offer

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do

Hiring Process
