Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join the team in Dahlgren to support testing TTWCS software in various configurations. The role requires on-site presence at King George, VA, with potential travel and an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include conducting testing, data analysis, and developing test procedures; collaboration with testers and government personnel, and communicating findings in technical briefs and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science in a STEM field or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator/Maintenance Technician
• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience with CBT&E
• Experience with automated testing tools and methods
• Experience with Jira to document CRs/PRs
• Ability to create test and lab schedules

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in lab configurations
• Document lab logs and troubleshoot hardware, simulators, and networks
• Analyze test data and develop data extraction/reduction elements for verification
• Create/change CR/PR, verify software fixes, and develop/test procedures
• Communicate test results and brief technical reviews to management
